2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We use trusted courier services for all deliveries.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Metro Manila: 2–4 business days

    • Provincial Areas: 4–7 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, courier delays).

3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees depend on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Free shipping promotions, if any, will be clearly indicated on our website.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can track your order through the courier’s website or app.

5. Shipping Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

  • HPLP Clothing is not responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect addresses.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We will work with the courier to resolve the issue or offer a replacement/refund according to our Refund & Exchange Policy.

7. International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within the Philippines.
