Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Sale items or promotional items are non-refundable unless defective.
2. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the item and order number.

We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
3. Refund Process

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs for returns due to buyer’s preference are not refundable.
